1. Your Dog’s Comfort Comes First

We won’t force any part of the groom.
Please don’t bring dogs who are unwell, just neutered, or in season.

2. Behaviour & Safety
Tell us about any history of biting/aggression.
We may stop the groom if it’s unsafe, full fee still applies.
Aggressive dogs may be rescheduled with an extra charge.

3. Cancellations
Give us 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
Less than 24hrs or a no-show = 50% fee.
3+ last-minute cancellations in a row = extra 50% fee.

4. Prices & Payment
Quotes are for well-kept coats, on-time grooms, and good behaviour.
Extra £5 per 15 mins for matts, oversized dogs, or nervous behaviour.
Pay when you collect (cash or bank transfer only within 24hrs).
Late payment = £10 fee.

5. Timekeeping
Be on time. 15+ mins late = no groom + full fee.
Collect your dog on time, £5 per 15 mins late pick-up.

6. Matted Coats
Bad matts = clip short (kinder + safer).
May change the look of the groom.
Extra £5 per 15 mins de-matting charge.

7. Fleas
No fleas allowed.
If found, £20 cleaning fee & groom may be stopped.
Return after 4 days post-treatment.

8. Photos
We take before/after pics for records & social media, opt out if you wish.

9. Ending Services
We can stop working with a client anytime for safety/well-being.

Dematting policy

If your dog’s coat is badly matted, we’ll have to clip it short.
This is far kinder and safer than trying to comb it out.
We’ll ask for your permission first, and there may be an extra charge.

We can’t be held responsible for any skin issues that may arise after clipping, and the final style may not appear as intended.
